Spectrum Logbook is built by parents raising an autistic child. We created it because we know the mental load, trying to be present, patient, and hopeful while juggling a hundred moving parts. When the details end up scattered across notes, texts, and memory, it is harder to see progress and easier to feel overwhelmed.

Why we built this
We did not want another complicated tracker or a clinical tool that assumes you have unlimited time. We wanted something simple enough to use daily, but structured enough to reveal patterns over time.
