These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spectrum Logbook mobile application (the “App”), operated by Sifat Shahariar, located at Taimistontie 3, 00380 Helsinki, Finland (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, and
• Be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to provide and manage any child-related data entered into the App
• All information you provide is accurate and lawful

2. Description of the Service

Spectrum Logbook is a tool designed to help users:

• Track interventions, supports, and routines
• Log daily outcomes and observations
• Maintain records and summaries
• Identify patterns over time

The App is intended for organizational and informational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The App is not a medical device
• The App does not replace professional medical care
• Any insights, summaries, or patterns generated are informational only

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter
• Ensuring that you have the right to provide any child-related data
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Upload or store illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including:

• Notes
• Media (photos, videos, audio)
• Logged data

By using the App, you grant us a limited right to:

• Store
• Process
• Display

such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid features through subscriptions.

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We do not collect or store payment information

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Can be managed or canceled through your app store account

Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

7. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable service, but:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on data or insights from the App
• We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or inaccuracies

You acknowledge that:

• The App is a support tool
• You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and use the information

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the App unlawfully

You may:

• Stop using the App at any time
• Delete your account through the App or by contacting us

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including:

are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not:
